Hand Tool Holder

Hand Tool Holder

thingiverse

I made this because I was tired of having a pile of hand tools in the bottom of a tool box or scattered around my work bench. There are notch/keys on the bottom of them so you can connect multiple together as you grow your tool collection. Tool Holder 1 is mostly for long and skinny hand tools (screwdrivers, nut drivers, pliers, allen keys, etc.). Tool Holder 2 features trays for holding small parts like screws, gears, etc. A powerful magnet can be glued to the underside of the trays so that your screws don't wander off! The bottoms are tapered to provide stability. This feature means you can put a surprising amount of heavy hand tools in it without worry that it may tip over! Infill: your personal preference. I used 30% infill because I wanted it to be strong but not use too much filament. Supports: use supports. The bottom of the holders are semi-hollow to save on material. This requires some support during printing
