DISCLAIMER: I am not responsible for what you do if you use this item. The item itself is safe to use if used correctly. The bottom line is, don't be stupid. Never swing the target so that it moves to an unsafe trajectory, never hit the shooter with the pole, never step in front of the shooter. This is something I designed after seeing someone use something similar in a YouTube video. The idea is, you stick the hanger on the end of a 3/4 inch PVC pipe/pole. The loops on either side of the arm will hold a split ring each, which will then hold a binder clip, which will then hold a target (we put cardboard behind the targets so they'd flap less in the breeze.) One person stands behind the shooter and holds the pole over the shoulder of the shooter so they can move the target (slowly! Don't get crazy!) and get the shooter used to shooting an unpredictably moving target. You can do variations on a theme - for instance, in the picture provided we also had standing targets in the background and the idea was to shoot the moving target without hitting any of the background targets. I included a hole for a set screw if one is needed, but when I printed these, they were tight enough on the pole that they didn't need any set screws. Enjoy safely!
