Handheld Display Box for Anycubic Mega
thingiverse
Since I completely emptied the housing of my Anycubic Mega S, I needed a housing for the display. It is shaped so that it fits well in the hand. The connecting cable peeks out at the bottom. On the back there is a holder for a neodymium magnet with a diameter of 23mm, which is fixed with a countersunk screw. This allows the display to stick to the printer or any other metallic surface. It's not perfect, but it serves its purpose for me. Especially the design of the strain relief is not so good, but it works. For remixes and people who would rather have a flat back, I will upload an alternative back. All screws should be 2.9-3.2mm in diameter. I did not measure the lengths exactly. Just took what just fit. I fixed the display itself with the 4 very short M3 screws that were somewhere on the old hotend.
