This is a simple hanger to solve the problem of a handicap placard tearing after 2 uses and not hanging from the rear view mirror. There are two parts that pinch to hold the placard. A couple 3/8" #6 screws run through it and tie the two parts together. There is a little flex in the hanger so when you push it up to the stem on the back of the mirror, the clamp opens up and hooks on easily.
