This is a snap on handle for Home Decorators Collection cellular blinds. The blinds are quite nice, but it is difficult to pull the blinds all the way to the window sill since there is no handle to push down on. I designed a minimalist snap on handle that can be placed on the bottom of the blinds. I included the Solidworks file if you want to modify it, some people might want a larger or wider handle. I kept the handle quite small.

It is meant to be printed without supports, and mine came out fine, but you could add supports to the bottom of the handle portion if you have issues. I also did 100% infill since there isn't much infill anyway, but you could get by with a much lower value, but it doesn't affect material use or print time much since most of the part is perimeters anyway. To snap it on you need to use a pretty flexible plastic such as PETG. If you use PLA, it will probably break if you just try to snap it on.

To install just hook the front of the top of the handle over the bottom of the blind and work it around until it snaps into place. You can also slide it from the end if you are using a more brittle plastic.
