Small, lightweight vise handle to replace the big clunky thing that comes with Kurt mill vises. This handle is not meant for heavy usage, use the original for that :) The handle that comes with a Kurt style vise is a Big Clunky Heavy (BCH) thing that is not meant to be left on the vise after you have used it to adjust the jaws. I find it to be a pain to have to put the handle away after every use, then pick it up again from wherever I'm storing it, put it back on the vise to adjust (usually about a 2 second operation), then pull it off and put it away again. Enter the lightweight vise handle. It may not be able to stand up to heavy usage or high torque, but for those times when you don't really need the leverage of the BCH, this little guy is a lot handier. It can be left on the vise while operating the mill and most of the time offers enough leverage to get the job done. Of course if in the long run it turns out this handle isn't durable enough, I'll just use the mill to make one out of aluminum or steel :) My first printed handle is extra-stubby, because I printed it on a small printer (Printrbot Simple). I also accidentally left the infill set to 20%, but it seems to be holding up pretty well so far. Customizer notes: All dimensions are in mm. Hex size defaults to 19.6 which is just a bit larger than 3/4" You can have 0, 1 or 2 knobs and 0, 1 or 2 bearing recesses. They cannot be mixed, choose bearings or knobs. Bearing recesses are untested because I don't have any bearings on hand atm. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: No
