The Sigma 150-600mm Contemporary tele is a very good lens. Althought it is lighter than its brother (the Sport version), it still weighs 1.9kg and needs a handle. The tripod mount/handle from Sigma is too small to be practical. This handle is designed to be easily removable and yet carries the lens in a comfortable way. *** Use this at your own risk. If you decided to print and use this design, I am not responsible for any damage if it drops and breaks your lens/camera! *** I would recommend keeping the strap on the lens and hold it when you are using the handle. That gives you a secondary safety harness. You will need some M3 screws and nuts to assemble the parts. I use M3x16mm screws.
