The Handlebar Cupholder is designed to hang from bicycle handlebars, without the need to tighten or adjust screws. While two M4 and one M3 screws and nuts are needed to connect its moving parts, adjusted to desired tightness, it is designed to clip onto standard handlebars. STLs have been saved with parts in suggested print orientations. Print and assemble one CupRing, one Cup_BraceClip, one Cup_BraceMount, one Cup_BraceRnd, and one of the CupClip pairs. *Use 10 to 12mm M4 screws and nuts to connect the left and right Cup Clips to the end of the Cup_BraceRnd, with curved ends of the parts downward. Not too tight... Allow the hinge to move for adjustments, until fitted to ideal position for your handlebar. *Align and press pegs on the base of the CupRing fit into circular sluts on top of the left and right Cup Clips. Use super glue or plastic glue to connect. *Snap the CupBraceMount onto the end of the CupBraceRnd. *Use a 10 to 15mm M3 screw and nut to connect one of the Cup_BraceClips (30, 35, or 40mm) to the CupBraceMount. (Brace clip should be chosen based on thickness of handlebar base diameter or area of bicycle frame being use to support cupholder) Snap the CupClips onto your handlebars, with the holder centered over the bike frame. *Finally, clip the BraceClip to the bike frame or to the base of your handlebars to support the holder. Tighten screws to locking part angles.
