The hand sanitizer provided in the lifts at my apartment building was useful but required users to press on the top. The design is provided as a reference for a hands-free sanitizer dispenser. Feel free to make your own versions. I have also included some images of the dimensions of the bottle and lift handle. A toothpick was used in the hinge to join the clamp to the main body. The top piece can be easily slipped on and off the spout for refills. The roller piece at the bottom helps lift the pipe away from the wall.
