The Geared Follow Focus project is an interesting endeavor, though I couldn't locate the handle initially. However, I discovered a suitable one within another project at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7492. To combine this with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:9313, I merged the "lens counter gear M8axis 0.8x47gear.stl" from 9313 and the FollowFocusHandWeel.stl from 7492.
