I've uploaded my custom-made phone holder here. This one has an adapter that makes it versatile and can be used to make recordings and holders with a homemade adapter as well. The top part is flat with support structure printed, the top part and the adapter are printed upright with support structure. At the bottom part, the support structure is attached to the step where the rubber band is attached.
