A friend of mine who can only use one hand came up with the idea of a vice to help him with holding jars, bottles, boxes, etc. so he can open them more easily.

It also makes for a great desk vice.

It has interchangeable attachments for different purposes and there will be more coming.
Added the dimensions in one of the photos so you could make your own. The pins should be less then 10 mm long.

Only the attachments need supports for the pins and all the pieces are oriented with the correct face on the bed.

The screw sleeves/ shells are not really necessary, but they make the knobs more comfortable to use.

I printed it with 5 perimeters, 5 bottom and 5 top layers, 30% infill, .2 layer height, but it's probably overkill.
Most pieces have a tolerance of .2 so everything is snug. A minute of filing may be needed.

I used some grease on the moving parts and some rubber on the attachments. It works great.

Hope this would be useful for other people.
Please let me know if you need other attachments or have any ideas to improve this.

Here is a video of how it works:

<oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2dn6CJLKrLI"></oembed>
