Hanger for Suncast Garden Shed

A hanger or hook for the end walls of a Suncast Garden shed. Hanger attaches to the underside of the end header on the shed as shown in the photos above. To attach, slide into the recess under the header then onto the lip sticking out. Hanger can either be glued into place or for added strength, drill upwards behind the hook portion and through the lip. Use #6 - #10 screw with a nut on top to secure the hanger to the header. I use a total of 3 hangers next to each other to hang a Jump Start Battery pack inside the front wall of my shed. This battery is charged by 30W solar panel on the shed roof and in turn power LED lights inside and out as well as ventilation fans. This hanger would be good for adding hanging hooks at the front or rear of the shed for many uses. Print Settings Printer Brand: Type A Machines Printer: Type A Machines 2015 Series 1 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20%, or 3D infill @ 2mm spacing Notes: Print in ABS or other heat resistant material if hanging something heavy. Part prints at 10mm high by default. Set Z-scaling factory to make a wider part. I used 2 @ 35mm (3.5x) and 1 @ 10mm to fit into 3 of the recesses in the header and hold up my jump start battery pack (~20 lbs) How I Designed This Autodesk Fusion 360.
