This is a remix of an existing 120mm fan to 4-inch duct adapter. I made two adjustments to the model: 1) I removed the existing duct port which was 109mm wide and replaced it with a standard 100mm port, this should be more compatible with more flexible ducting brands around the world. 2) I added hooks to make it possible to hang the result from various types of wire racks and stands typically used in gpu mining setups. I don't use these for exhaust, I use these for intake. My tents have large passive intake filters but also multiple smaller 4-inch active intakes. I then hang those intakes with the fan pointed at wherever the hotspots are on my gpus. This lets me deliver cold air directly where its needed. Edit: V5 has the hooks redesigned to face the other direction and spread further apart, this fits better on the outer wires of our racks.
