Hanging filament spool holder

<p>For my "Filament wall mount brackets for duraline f-system" I needed some sturdy spool holders to print directly to my Prusa MK3.<br><a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2856643">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2856643</a></p><p>V1 only supports 22mm tube, new V2 will also support 3/4 inch tubes.</p><p>V1 comes in 4 sizes</p><ul><li>A 55 mm wide spools, for fillamentum for example</li><li>B 70 mm wide spools, fits most the spools</li><li>C 80 mm wide spools, for slightly wider spools.</li></ul><p>D 90 cm wide spools, needed for wider spools, like prusa includes with their printers<br>### Update November 25 2018</p><p>As requested many times, it's now possible to create custom sizes for everyone. To do this I redesigned the spool holder in Fusion360, using parameters everywhere.</p><p>I need to know 4 main parameters<br>A - Spool size (diameter)<br>B - Spool hole size (diameter)<br>C - Spool width (left to right)<br>D - Tube size (diameter)</p><p>The design then calculates all sizes including tolerances, chamfers, etc.<br>If you choose a larger spool holder, smaller spools will work as well. So choose the largest you have if you don't want to print multiple.</p><p>V2 Sizes<br>199-50-69 T22mm + 199-50-69 T3/4inch | Real<br>200-52-56 T22mm + 200-52-56 T3/4inch | Filamentum</p><p>V2 Requests:<br>220-85-65 T22mm + 220-85-65 T3/4inch | Unknown, user request. Quite large diameter. Will fit multiple brands<br>195-38-80 T22 | Unknown, user request. There is nothing left of this after the print since there's a chamfer underneath.</p><p>Uses about 18-20 meters of ABS and took around 4 hours to print one. (V1)</p><h3>How I Designed This</h3><p>Used OnShape to create this (V1), took some revisions to get all dimensions right and balance use of material vs. strength.</p><p>Then redesigned it in Fusion360 (V2), fully based on parameters to easily resize it on request</p>
