This was a quick one-day build for a Hanji cosplay. Designed in Fusion 360 and custom-fit for the particular cosplayer. Pieces of plastic were cut out and shaped with a rotary tool to fit in the frames. The frames are connected in the middle with a glued strip of leather. Elastic bands were sewn on. Print with supports to ensure the slots for the straps come out cleanly.
