Here is my design for a Happy Birthday sign/tag for your plant gift. Designed in 123D for my Mum and her husband's birthday gift. Need I say any more? Hope it comes in useful for someone :) Included the raw 123dx file, so you can remove my AT design logo if required :) Please upload a picture if you print this :)
