Window Bracket inserts

I made these to mount a panel above an air conditioner that was designed for a vertical opening window into a horizontal opening window (see pictures). One side is designed to fit the moving part (the U shape) and the other side is designed to fit the frame (the open box shape). Both sides have a flange with holes for screws. I suggest printing the pieces standing on end, I didn't need supports. If the pieces are too long, you can cut them shorter, as I had to do. BUT if you do, use a hand saw and cut slowly; if you use a powered saw or cut fast by hand, the pieces will heat up and remelt on the other side of the saw! The screw holes are generously sized for #10 screws; others sizes may or may not fit.
