The HappyTable provides extra gaming space with its two-tier design. Cluttered tables filled with snacks, drinks, pens, and papers often leave little room for game masters to spread maps or arrange miniatures. HappyTable solves this by offering additional surfaces above the normal table height. Made of clear acrylic, the tables are 20cm and 10cm high, with the smaller one stackable on top or underneath the larger one. Transparent material allows easy access to items below. Material requirements include two 70cm x 40cm and five 56cm x 40cm clear acrylic sheets, along with 32 Neodym N52 magnets of varying sizes. A 12cm x 12cm plywood base is also needed. The laser cutter (minimum 30W) will be utilized for cutting the acrylic and plywood, while a drilling machine with an 8mm drill is required for the legs. The smaller table should be approximately 14cm shorter than the larger one to fit between its legs. The legs are made from two pieces each - long or short - and an across piece. A total of 4 long, 4 short, and 8 across leg pieces need to be cut. Magnets are glued into the pockets of each leg for stability, while round magnets on each table surface allow easy attachment of the legs. Optional milling can create 1mm deep holes for magnet sinking, but gluing is an alternative option. A lasercut stencil template helps position the magnets correctly.
