This is to wall mount the remote for our ceiling fan. It involves 2 parts. I removed the unused switch and designed a blank plate to screw on in its place giving the switch cover screws a place to screw into. The top screw goes in normally and the bottom screw goes through the hole on the remote mount. Remote model # this fits is RH787T
