Harbor Freight Flashlight Bicycle Handlebar Mount

Harbor Freight Flashlight Bicycle Handlebar Mount

Designed to hold Harbor Freight's cheap LED flashlight to the underside of the handlebars/steering stem of my Raleigh Rush Hour pedal bike. May work for other 34.7mm diameter tubes. Use M5 bolts to secure the pieces together. The bolt should thread nicely into the clip, and should loosely fit into the mount. This is intentional. I printed this in PETG for its strength and better flexibility for installing the flashlight. It may break if it's printed in PLA, I'm not sure. Print with the largest face on the build plate without supports. The only areas that have overhangs are the screw holes and they should print just fine if your printer is tuned well enough. April 9, 2019: Released V3 with filleted edges and less bolt holes for better strength. Also added integrated X-mount for phone cases to lock securely into the mount.
