Stick a cheap (sometimes free!) HF 3.5" 9-LED mini flashlight onto your handlebars. The flashlight diameter is .960" and the bar diameter is 1". Both can be changed in the OpenSCAD file if you'd like. Instructions I haven't had a minute to try printing this yet, but you should be able to open each of the two *half.stl files in replicatorG and just hit build (for each one separately). Print the two halves (one half is sized for the .960" diameter flashlight, while the other half is sized for a 1" handlebar). Glue the two printed halves together and you're ready to snap the light to the clamp and the clamp to your bars. That's the idea anyway. The hf_flashlight_clamp_overview.stl file probably isn't useful for printing - It's just so the rendered image shows up as a whole, glued together clamp. If you're making changes to the OpenSCAD file and generating your own STL files, you should know that the dimensions are in inches (where you'd normally use mm in OpenSCAD). If you are doing this, then follow these steps before printing: Export the STL file after compiling in OpenSCAD Open the file in ReplicatorG Scale by 25.4 Use the Rotate feature to make the model "lay flat" Use the Move feature to Center and Put on Platform
