... here is a so-called "return": we want to make long-lasting cheese that used to be made from thick milk - and periodically salted manually at warehouses.then the dutch developed a process to make cheese storable, covered with a layer of wax: such cheeses existed earlier - when we didn't have any refrigerators in Germany - as compact, round bars.it was kept for a long time in a normal pantry.we want to reactivate this form: offer free hard-to-store hard cheeses when handing out free food! with wax cover simply because we have to separate everything remaining in the remainder.Today plastic coatings - at least in Germany - are not so easy to separate, certainly not by type: it is non-recyclable waste that has to be disposed of thermally!we don't want waste!that is why we use an outer wax coating and issue hard cheese protected by wax.other shapes follow ....step, igs, stl
