Hardtail Steel Mountain Bike Frame

This is a bike frame I am going to weld. I bought the tubing and have designed a fixture to hold the tubing. All of the tubing in this model is true size, meausured from the tubing which I purchased, it's a 4130/4140 Chromoly steel. .035" wall thickness. Although my model is a .SLDPRT, I was unsure how to mate all the tubes together in an assembly. I also would like to learn how to trim one tube against another, so as to miter (mitre?) them.
