I liked this design but wanted to print without supports so I changed it up a bit. It is a bit of a compromise because I printed the "grill" with the flat side down and some support behind that part of the grill. As noted by comments in the prior version some of the features are too thin to print well with my .4 nozzle. Otherwise it worked well and the pieces pushed together snugly. I went ahead and added a grill that would not need any supports. I have not printed it yet since what I did print is OK but I think it will work better.
