This is a simple clip to hold to hold the plate light wire to the swing arm on a Harley Softail, when switching to a side mount license plate with LED Light Bolt. It will hold the wire to the inside of the lower swingarm tube, facing the the side of the tire. The big side 27mm ID. Small side is 3.5mm ID I wired my plate light with a 22/2 wire I got on amazon (Link Below). The space for the wire fits this wire tightly so it doesn't flop, shake or chafe while riding. May work with other wires, or how ever you decided to wire your bike.
