This is the 3d printed guts of a harmonic drive I have been creating. It seems petg seems to be the current best filament to print it. (the flex gear printed with pla fatigued after a few tens of hours of running.) the bearings are 17mm inside X 40mm outside X 12mm thick. It is 100:1 or 101:1 depending on which outside spline is stationary.
