This is one of the Haros from Gundam 00 series. This one used to help Lockon Stratos of the Celestial Being piloting Dynames Gundam while Lockon is sniping. p/s: It’s not fully identical to the original Haro in the series but it’s made based on the orange-coloured Haro that Lockon used.
