I hacked the simple swivel joint that connects the head to the torso of the Action Man Figure. A quick scan with the Kinekt Sensor, some tweaking with Meshmixer and... Voilà : The very first Action Figure of myself sits in front of me. Instructions disassembled the Action Man figure measured the joint carefully rebuilt the joint with 123D Design scanned with Kinect Sensor and Scannect scaled and optimized my head with Meshmixer substracted the volume of the joint from the volume of the head printed it on an I3 Berlin
