Hassle Free Plant Feeder

The Plant Feeder by Kefcom unfortunately didn't thread nicely with PET bottles in my country, so I thought I'd redesign it to accommodate any bottle. Unlike Kefcom's design, I capitalise on the fact that FFF/FDM parts are porous, and allow water to quickly occupy the voids in the "infill" volume and slowly seep through the feeder surface, almost like osmosis. Controlling the Flow Controling the flow by which water can escape through the feeder is be done by: Poking holes in the bottom surface of the feeder (exposing the infill). I use four 1mm holes (made with a sharp poker or nail). Chopping off the pointy tip, creating a direct conduit from the base to the tip, essentially the through hole in Kefcom's design. I cut off 3mm. I also wrap tape around the base of the feeder to create a tight seal preventing air from seeping through the gap (draining the bottle faster than the soil needs it). Too big or Too small? Scale it! X-Y Scale = You bottle ID / 21.5mm
