My backwash valve started leaking on my pool filter. When I called the local shop they told me the gasket is part of the valve assembly and would cost over $100 to replace. I searched high and low for a replacement gasket and the best I could find is $67 for the assembly. All this for a simple gasket! I sat down and drew up a gasket for the valve key, it fits perfectly! You may want to secure it in the channel with some RTV silicone just to be safe. Be sure to lube it with petroleum jelly when you install it back into the valve body. The gasket is keyed with 2 nubs. Use a full-flex filament at .2mm layers with 100% infill and voila! A gasket that doesn't exist for purchase! Enjoy!
