Hello, as I'm passionate on 3D printing and buggy car I decided to 3D print parts for a brushless conversion of a HB Racing D817 nitro car. You'll find: - battery holder - receiver mount - ESC mount with small wings if you want to add any elastic cords I decided not to 3D print the motor mount since I was not so sure about it's lasting on a race circuit. The servo mount for the stearing can be cut from the original nitro version. Maybe I'll add a 3D printable version later. I tryed it on a race circuit. It's very strong, also if not print at 100% infill. I printed it in ABS but also PLA+ or PETG will be strong enough. TESTED!!! The part to buy for this conversion are: - motor mount. The version I took is the one you can simply find on Amazon or Aliexpress market. One of the two through screw will be use also to get the Servo in position. Print upside down with no support. - Added Receiver Box (old version removed) Modified so the take as less dust as possibile. Print with support. - Added Receiver Box with Servo mount in one single piece One single piece the maximun strenght and stability. Print with support. I printed all with ABS and PLA+. Infill 60%. Lot's of crash and no brakes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update 2023/05/13 - New ESC mount (old version removed) Modified the ESC mount to be easy to install and uninstall the ESC. No more edge and a better switch box tha will keep the switch safer. Also added an half hole at the bottom to allow the use of a cable tie for a quick change without dismounting the support.
