HCE beltless remix

Assembled and tested, my new HCE is fully functionalpicking/parking, printing clips** I've always been fascinated by the idea of eliminating that combersome (needing tensioning, prone to skip a tooth and so on...) belts and finally I found the awesome xsvmfhzwg4416zp's design a good start point. Some days later I discovered another long desidered tool changer at rajaa and... hey! Why do not whisk them togheter and make my new HCE? No sooner said than done, here's the result. - The first mod was to make use of old good T8 trapezoidal lead screws, the Helix lead screw are the top of quality but my pocket said NOOOOOO! - The second mod was to move X axis below the 2020 profile, this way I gained about 80mm of horizontal space. - The third mod was to implement the tool changer; I adapted the extruder box to my preferred extruder XCR-BP6 that offers a fast way to change the hotend without dismantling all stuff, just 2 headless screws. Read carefully the Rajaa's page for detailed description. I've however designed versions for e3D-V5 and e3D-V6 - I added a support for both PTFE tube and wiring for extruder, making use of a drag chain. You can add several tools with quick change All axes are equipped with anti-backlash. The optional cable chain showed is only for example. Many thanks to Rajaa, xsvmfhzwg4416zp and OpenSourceClassRoom For whole printer details pls refer to its dad SCOTT_3D's Hypercube evolution too Updates at BOP BONUS If someone would like to remix it on his/her way the whole design is on Tinkercad at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/bW5H5Mp3UTn real time updated, where you'll find my entire project with other stuff not mentioned here...Maglev feet Z axis items Sbase boxTFT32 box
