This is replacement of HDD caddy for HP MiscroServer G7 (improved version). Lessons learns after few years of usage of the first version (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2835085): 1. The connection of lock and housing parts (with a self-tapping hole) is the most stressed place in the design. A few times it was cracked. Conclusion: Select the correct layers orientation. 2. It has sense to have a whole body as single print (simple, rigit and has right layers orientation). 3. Ventilation could have been better. 4. Springs does not really needed here. Based on these findings I redesign this caddy a bit. There are two parts: main body and lock. Right orientation see on the images. Also you need two two screws with a cylindrical head like DIN 912. The best results were reached with PET-G plastic and tree-like supports (see experemental section in Cura or build them manually). Please note that this is not a clone of the original part. Appearance and shape a little different. Also, the strength and heat resistance of PLA/ABS plastic may be not so hight as of the original part. Update: Screw head dimaeter should be 5 mm, head height between 2.5and 3 mm. I used with thread length 5 mm, howewe it may be longer (up to 10 mm). Please see photo for more details.
