The original lens is orange like the indicator lenses and tail light lenses, so I made this 3D model of the headlamp lens and printed it in clear Taulman T-Glase. Demo video here: https://youtu.be/tQtDzr_Q1GY Print Settings Printer: Creality CR-10 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0,25mm Infill: No internal infill - All printed as external concentric Notes: I printed the lens so it was standing up upside down and added supports inside the lens which came out quite easy afterwards. The thicker the layer the better, but with my .4 mm nozzle, .25mm layers is about as thick itll get without making a smudgy print. How I Designed This Design process I just measured the original one with vernier calipers and kinda guessed the slight curves it has on the edges and front of the lens.
