Headphone Holder - Desk Mount with Screw -Short Cable Holder

<p><strong>Description</strong></p><p>Headphone holder with screw clamp mechanism for mounting it to a desk. In this configuration desks ranging from 16 to 38mm can be accommodated. The screw features a hexagonal style head for a little different aesthetic than most other headphone holders like this.</p><p>The goal was also to trim the dimensions to a reasonable amount to still provide enough strength (see also printing advise) but also appear less bulky than other headphone holders. This design also has corner cutouts to make sure it sits nicely against the table on all three clamp side regardless of the corner radius of your table.</p><p>The length of the headphone support arm was sized for the HyperX Cloud Alpha headphones which have a fairly large headband. But check your headphones before printing to make sure they are not too wide and fit nicely into the cove on the arm.</p><p>With the models provided there is a branded (on top of the head) and clean version of the screw.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Printing</strong></p><p>Both parts, holder and screw, were printed at the same time with 0,2mm layers. The screw was modified with a height range modifier (from 10-42mm → 0,12mm layer height) in Pruca Slicer for the thread, to make sure it's nice and clean. But that might be unnecessary if you want to try it without this modifier.</p><p>Also the min. perimeters where set to 4 to provide enough strength to those areas where the forces from clamping are largest. Otherwise a 15% cubic infill was used.&nbsp;</p>
