Headphone stand for a desk or shelf

Hi this is a Head phone mount that can slip on to a shelf or on to a desk. These are design to just slip on to a shelf or desk with no effort and hold themselves in place using the materials properties to allow it to act as the spring locking mechanism. I have two different designs for this one is smaller and does not require anything more than slipping on to the shelf but you may have trouble with different thicknesses of shelves as it was design for a particular size in mind. the second is the larger design is more adaptable as it a spring design in to the product with a hook which allows the user to pull the spring back and slide on to the shelf this allows for a tighter fit on to the shelf and stops it from being knocked off. Printer: Up Plus Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 10%-30% Notes: Print on side plane for best results and easily remove able supports. supports are a must on this print. i would recommend using PLA rather than ABS as warping issues can be a big problem Post-Printing Step 1 Thanks for printing, you now hopefully have a working headphone stand. after printing the only thing left to do is to remove rafting and support material which is recommended. you can clean with acetone, the best way to do this for best results is to find a seal-able container that you can place the stand in to (make sure that the container is old and will not be dissolved by the acetone) place a table spoon of acetone in to the container and place a sheet of tin foil that fits in the bottom of the container, place this over the acetone. next place the model on top and seal up. leave for up to 24 hours. this will leave you with a smooth surface finish on the stand
