Duct to help creality 40mm cr10 or ender 3 fan push all of its air through the fins of the heat sync instead of anywhere within the stock black box. This should help keep your heat sync cooler and thus eliminate heat creep. It works great with PLA for me but you might consider using ABS due to the heat. That being said, mine is in PLA and i have no melting. Another precaution could be to put a peice of kapton tape near where the heat block is.
