Some of the original parts are changed in order to reduce the filament consumption or for a better print without support! If you encounter any problem with my design please let me know! 200 X 200 mm Print bed required (197.2 x 197.2 mm) It use 32 or 64 metal Sheet Plates - 150mm X 150mm X 0.2mm. I strongly recommend using ST ST plate, however, Galvanized steel ... will do ... as in "poor-man" version! It comes with two partition versions : 2 and 4mm thickness. Partition was design for 0.2mm metal sheet; are required 32 or 64 units. Use parts from all Air Heat Recovery Collection - all use same platform! https://www.thingiverse.com/Costa_D/collections/air-heat-recovery M10 hex - 200 210mm - 4 units M6 Countersunk - 22- 25mm - 32 units Additional, see the HEPA filter adapter: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4092032 To print this unit will require a minimum of 3.3 Kg of filament and will take over 123 printing hours - using a 1.0 mm nozzle; 2.0mm walls/top/bottom and 10% infill - ( without the 120 mm fan and hose connectors). I strongly recommend using ABS or ASA filament; and an enclosure for the printer - is a MUST!!! - in order to print the large parts without warping or delaminations! All parts are check for naked edges or errors - therefore ... all are going to be printable! If the design is good or if the parts are going to fit... that's another story!
