This is a prototype of pcb heat bed designed for sobo84. In this time is only design (not tested). Published ZIP file contains two version of heat bed. One for 12V supply. And second one for 24V supply. Working area: 120mm x 120mm Mounting holes are 130mm x 130mm apart. Total size of PCB is 145mm x 145mm Use 1 side PCB with 35um thick copper Theoretical power consumption is about 72W Edited (8/10/2015): Added gerber files for both heatbed PCBs. Instructions Instructions In published files are image of PCB plate. The png image is BW with resolution 1200dpi. Don't use images from gallery!! Ideal method for make this thnik is photo etching of copper. Other (optionaly) mounted on this PCB heat bed: 2pcs 0805 SMD LED (color is your selection) 1pcs 1206 SMD resistor 470R (for 12V version) 1pcs 1206 SMD resistor 1K (for 24V version) Information If anabody search for custom size of heat bed pcb, please send me a message.
