Heavy duty handlebar mount for 7/8" bar with RAM mount style ball. After breaking few mounts I decided to try to come up with a design which would handle the vibration and shaking on rough motorbike rides. Weak point on earlier prints was either end of the shaft that connects the ball to rest of the mount. Print Settings Printer: Flasforge Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Infill: 75-90 Notes: Make sure you print the mount on its side ie. not so that ball is pointing up, to maximize structural strength.
