I had an old lamp with T4 G5 neon tube. This I wanted to hang in my Powerfix LIDL heavy duty shelf. This has inside so a fold and is inside 40mm high. I simply printed out two hooks. These can simply be pushed in sideways with a little force. The hook should not withstand particularly heavy loads, but also go for other things than this lamp.
