Located in north eastern lake Ladoga, between Finland and Russia, the Heinäluoto light is one of the most remote lighthouses in Europe. Built in 1878, its 22 m high semi abandoned tower painted with white and red stripes and the surrounding far-north landscape, gives to this lighthouse an outstanding nostalgic atmosphere. The model was designed using pictures and detailed drawing of the actual building in scale 1/160 (N scale). You can resize it using your favourite software before print, however, if you do so, some of the parts may lose stability or look over scaled. Model has 7 different pieces that you need to assembly as you will do with any other model kit: I attached an instruction booklet together with the downloaded files. Printing, painting and weathering will give a lot of fun. This model can be a great addition to your layout or diorama. Happy modelling!
