UPDATE 10.04.23: The Nylon-Green resin did only outlast four pizza doughs. Im going to try (generic) PC+ filament on my Prusa mk3 (with the enclosure on), as this polymer is said to be tougher than nylon. Tips for those who struggle with the finish using PC; print with 15% infill and fill it with epoxy later. The print results are often better when using infill on PC as this allows for better cooling during printing. An update on how it works will come. Helical gear for the HBO Nordica 6682 kitchen machine. The original gear is injection moulded nylon (I think) around a metal D-shaped cylinder/disk. The teeth wore down after a few years, so I decided to try the Phrozen Nylon-Green resin, which is very robust. I made one in polycarbonate on an FDM printer too, but the Nylon-Green seems tougher. The machine is not designed with "easy repair" in mind, so make a note where each screw goes. It is not necessary to disassemble the bottom part, just open the top lid (its fastened by two screws below, and the rest is clips) and the gearbox and motor are exposed.
