This is a remix due to the issues with the glued-on switch and battery holder.\r\nNo good.\r\n\r\nChanges made:\r\nUsing a pcb connects the battery holder and the switch.\r\nCan be made from perforated material easily. No etching or milling required.\r\nEven thick sheets of solid plastic, plywood, or some cardboard could work.\r\nReally. Not kidding.\r\nSee when kids make electronics circuits on paper or cardboard.\r\nNot bad at all.\r\n\r\nThe pcb keeps the switch in place, secured by 4 plastic screws.\r\nFeel free to add hot glue or silicon.\r\n-the mould for bigger switches\r\n-relocated the switch position\r\n-added stand-offs allow screwing on the pcb\r\n\r\nIf you want extra safety, add insulation tape or foil over the copper side of the LED pcb.\r\nAdd a reverse polarity protection diode to the wires or terminals on the LED board.\r\nHave fun and stay safe.\r\n\r\nThe files:\r\n-fixed bottom part, standoff height 5.5mm, short screws required\r\n-fixed bottom part standoff height 9.5mm, mount plane leveled up, longer screws possible
