This is a remix because of the mess with glued on switch and battery holder. No good. Changes made: Using a pcb connecting the battery holder and the switch. Can be made from perforated stuff easily. No etching /milling required. Even a thick sheet of solid plastic or even plywood or some cardboard could do. Really. No kidding. See when kids start making electronics circuits on paper or cardboard. Not so bad. The pcb keeps the switch in place, secured by using 4 plastic screws. Feel free to add some hotglue or silicon. -the mould for bigger switch -relocated the switch position -added stand offs allow for screwing on the pcb If you want it double safe, add insulation tape or foil over the copper side of the LED pcb. Add a reverse polarity protection diode to the wires or the terminals on the LED board. Have fun and stay safe. The files: -fixed bottom part, standoff hight 5.5mm, short screws requiered -fixed bottom part standoff hight 9.5mm, mount plane leveled up, longer screws possible
