This product is a helix static mixers. The helix pattern is to ensure proper mixing of fluids as it passes through the flow channels. The helix patterns is comprised of eight individual helix that are 1.5 in. in pitch and have half a revolution. Each individual helix is rotated 90 degrees from the previous one, thus creating the pattern.
