Helix trainer casing - Minimal

On April 17th, I uploaded a STEP file for a model that, despite its non-innovative design (a container rotated 84 degrees), prioritizes simplicity and low cost. To achieve this goal, I combined plastic and sheet metal parts; the former, printed via vacuum thermoforming, replaced concave sections as they're more affordable than injection molding. Meanwhile, for flat parts, I opted for laser-cut metal that was then folded using a CNC bending center. This design proves profitable based on the volume of parts to be fabricated.
