"I'm fireproof, you're not." -Anung Un Rama, AKA Hellboy Has it really been ten years already? While not the only costume element of everyone's favorite good guy demon, the horns are, arguably, the most important. Designed to fit a variety of human heads; scale 'em down vertically if your noggin is smaller than mine (and it probably is). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hellboy http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0167190/? This movie is always worth another viewing. ATTENTION This work is licensed under the Creative Commons - Attribution - Non-Commercial license. Instructions I know these are not strictly faithful to any one version of the horns on Hellboy's head, but there are so many variations in the movies and comics, that I am confident that you will allow me my small vanity. I designed these bad boys with Tinkercad - not the ideal tool for modelling organic shapes, but they came out OK, IMHO. However, when sliced (Slic3r 7.2) I got the familiar manifold and intersecting facets errors. There are many unions and differences in these things, and Netfabb failed twice to fix the issues. I noticed some strange bridging and infill behavior in the lower layers, and the concavity on top came out different, but otherwise they printed fine. I have not tried a newer version of Slic3r (not optimistic). I won't be offended if you have the tool to fix the errors in the STL and post the fix. UPDATE - Netfabb fix posted (not tested) Red ABS, 0.40mm nozzle, 0.30 mm layers, 33% infill, 3 perimeters (Crappy) Photo editing with GIMP.
