These are meant to be taped on over 2 of the vent holes to turn them into forced air intakes, just like Stilo's part# YA0822. I drew this for a Stilo ST5, but it'll likely fit a range of helmets. It's got an 8" radius front to back and 6" side to side. Solidworks part file included if you want to make adjustments. It has a 1/4" wide flange around the sides and back for double stick tape. I printed mine from PETG with the air intake 'front' face down, 2mm brim, no supports.
