HEMA finger armor version 1

HEMA finger armor version 1

thingiverse

This is a version 1 of my finger armor. After looking at the finger protection available and finding most gloves to bulky, and thinner gloves do not protecting the fingers enough. Any plastic in glove protection I have found is only protecting the top not the entire finger. This is my answer to my need. Its the first version not yet fully tested. I doubt these would be allowed in competitions, They are meant for sparring situations. I am using ABS to print these for better protection I hope. The sizing is based on my fingers. I do not guarantee these will protect your fingers well, again this is a version 1 idea. The finger tip protection is meant to be in the glove(s). The ring assemblies can either be outside or inside. The tabs on the pieces are designed for a rivet so they could be attached to the glove, and give some overlap.
